Loan Processor

 

Annelise Brown is Lake Pacor Home Mortgage’s Loan Processor.   She has been with Lake Pacor Home Mortgage since 2010 and has proven to be a valuable asset to the success of the business.

The primary role of the Loan Processor is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all loans originated by our loan officers.  She is responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy.  Verify loan documents including income, appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for review with underwriting.  Reviewing file documentation and making sure all items needed are requested.  Order and coordinate loan documents, and meet crucial deadlines requested.  Perform any additional duties/activities needed for loan originators.  She is instrumental in the ability of Lake Pacor to close loans as fast as anyone in the industry.  Making sure the details are on track is something she takes great pride in.

Being a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo, she is very connected with the community and the local businesses that support the mortgage market.  Annelise and her husband, Matt live in Kalamazoo and are proud parents of their son.
